Our Vision for the
Diocese of Huron
When the church speaks of its “mission” we recognize that this is not simply our activity in the world. We believe that God is carrying out His mission among us, with us, for us and for the whole world. Our mission is found in God’s mission, as we seek to understand what God has done, is doing, and will do. Our first task is to come to know and love this God. We aspire to grow more deeply into this mission as a learning church, a just church, a diverse church, and a new church.
