PAUL’S, PORT DOVER: - St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Port Dover Invites the Community: At 9:00 a.m. on the first Saturday of each month, the Corporate Men’s Breakfast Group will be serving Breakfast in St. Paul’s Community Hall. Everyone is invited. - At 11:30 a.m. on the last Sunday of each month, a Community Lunch will be served in St. Paul’s Community Hall after the 10:00 a.m. service, starting on September 29. - St. John the Evangelist, Leamington: St. John’s Anglican Churchwomen are inviting women of all ages to a SATURDAY MORNING SOCIAL. September 21, 2024.

- Choral Evensong, St. George’s, London.
Beginning this Fall, St. George’s at 227 Wharncliffe Rd North will be having regular services of Choral Evensong on the fourth Sunday of every month, as follows: September 22 October 27 November 24 The service of Nine Lessons & Carols will be held on Sunday, December 22. All services will begin at 4:00 pm. Choral Evensong will continue on the fourth Sunday of the month in 2025 beginning with Sunday, January 26.
- Grace Church, Brantford Garage Sale and BBQ fundraiser, 4 Pearl St. at West & Albion Sts., in the upper hall, Sept. 28, 9am-2pm, accessible ramp & elevator at Pearl St. door, parking lot on Albion; clothes, scarves, linens and blankets, crib, furniture, housewares, puzzles, books and so much more. Refreshments all day, BBQ food available starting around 11am. Please come out and search for your bargains and socialize at lunchtime. Proceeds support our community projects. Our Parish Theologian, The Rev'd Canon Dr. Timothy Connor, will be leading a three-part series beginning this Fall, The Legacy of Anglicanism - Difficult, Delightful, Deep. The first part of the series 'The Difficult Legacy' begins on Wednesday, October 16 (in late Pentecost) and will continue for three successive Wednesday evenings, ending on November 6. The sessions will run from 7:00 - 8:45 pm. Part two of the series, 'The Delightful Legacy' will begin in January 2025, with part three, 'The Deep Legacy' beginning in October 2025.
