Spring Choir at St. James, Paris

By Dave Gabriel

St. James’ Church in Paris was alive with the Sound of Music on Sunday evening June 5, 2016. The audience was treated to solos, duets, quartets, and full choir of melodies.

The light and lively tunes certainly filled the church with the feeling of Spring Time. Our Queenie, who recently celebrated her 100th birthday, along with the rest of us, had a fun time with the audience participation tunes.

This annual event in Paris began in the early 80’s. The audience keeps growing, because once you have been there you sure want to come back. The audience enjoyed refreshment in the Parrish Hall after the final tune of “SO LONG, FAREWELL”.
